We ship from our studio with care and efficiency — here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
📦 ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days, unless marked as pre-order. We’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.
🇺🇸 U.S. SHIPPING
Standard shipping times:

West Coast: 1–3 business days

East Coast: 2–5 business days
Orders over $149 USD ship free. Shipping costs for orders under that threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to over 170 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary, typically between 7–21 business days depending on your region and local carrier.

We cannot ship to: Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe
All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We do not profit from shipping costs — what you pay is what the carrier charges.
🧾 CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or duties. These are determined by your country and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates. The customer is responsible for any such charges.
If your package is held at customs, check your mail or email for a notice, and contact your local post office or customs office for help.
📮 DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands — but we’ll do what we can to help.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, wait 3–5 business days and check with neighbors.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier to file a claim. U.S. orders are insured up to $100.

If your order is returned to sender due to address issues, we’ll contact you. You may request reshipment (additional postage required) or store credit (minus shipping).

If a product is marked as pre-order, expected ship dates will be listed on the product page. Delays can occasionally happen — we’ll keep you updated by email.
