Refund & Return Policy – Rise x Company

At Rise x Company, every piece is made with intention and care — because of that, all sales are final. We're a small operation focused on limited-run collections, so we ask that you double-check your order details and sizing before checkout.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@risexcompany.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability.

We stand behind every product — that’s why all items are backed by our Rise x Guarantee.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart)

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping delays outside our control

📮 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands — but we’ll do our best to assist. For missing packages, we recommend:

  • Waiting 3–5 days after marked “delivered” (carriers sometimes scan early)

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

  • Filing a claim with the carrier (U.S. orders are insured up to $100)

If the package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, you can request a reshipment (you’ll be responsible for new shipping fees) or store credit for the item(s).
